산촌지역 활성화를 위한 메가 이벤트에 있어서 단기계약직 근로자에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 저인구밀도의 산촌 또는 과소지역 등의 활성화를 위해 추진되는 메가 이벤트의 단기 인력 관리와 취업동기에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구결과 취업동기는 봉사, 경제목적, 여가활용, 자아실현, 기타 순으로 조사되었다. 인구통계학적 특성 중에서 월소득과 연령에서 직무직접능력과 직무간접능력 인식에는 차이가 있었다. 각 요인간의 상관관계 분석 결과는 직무능력요인(직접직무능력요인, 직무간접능력요인)과 동료간요인과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was conducted to provide basic data on manpower management and employment motivation of short-term contract workers in mega events promoted for the revitalization of low-population mountain villages or depopulated regions. A prior study showed the relationship between mega-event and short-term contract workers. In this study further explored the characteristics of short-term contract workers in mega-events. As the result, the employment motivation was investigated in the order of service, economic purpose, avocation, self-realization, and others. In the demographic characteristics, there were differences in the recognition of job-direct and job-indirective abilities depends on monthly income and age. The results of correlation analysis between each factor showed that the factors of task ability (direct and indirect skills) were correlated with colleagues. Based on these basic data, it has a significance in terms of the creation of a service base in rural areas and the revitalization of the community.
