액션러닝을 활용한 학사경고학생 진로발달 프로그램 개발 및 효과

Development and Effect of Career Development Program for Undergraduate Students with Academic Probation Using Action Learning

본 연구는 액션러닝을 활용한 학사경고학생의 진로발달 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2018년 1월~ 12월에 걸쳐 연구를 진행하였다. 먼저문헌분석, 사례분석, 요구분석을 실시하여 프로그램 초안을 구안하였으며, 관련 전문 가들의 검토과정을 거쳐 프로그램 최종안을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램의 목표는 학사경고학생들이 자신의 진로발달 수준을 이해하고 자신을 탐색할 수 있으며, 스스로 학업과 학교 적응 및 자신의 진로를 발달시켜갈 수 있도록 하는 것이었다. 활동 주제는 진로발달을 위한 문제 인식하기, 진로발달을 위한 해결안 찾기, 진로발달을 위한 활동 실행하기, 활동 평가하기, 성찰하기의 11회기로 구성하였다. 개발된 진로발달 프로그램의 현장적용 효과 검증을 하기 위하여 실험군 34명과 대조군 40명을 대상으로 프로그램 사전 사후에 진로의사결정수준 검사를 실시하였으며, 실험군에게는 프로그램 참여 후에 성찰일지를 작성하도록 하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 학사경고 학생들을 위한 액션러닝을 활용한 진로발달 프로그램은 학사경고 학생 들의 진로발달과 진로 의사결정에 효과적임이 밝혀졌다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a career development program for undergraduate students with academic probation using action learning. For this purpose, a draft program was developed by literature analysis, case analysis, needs analysis and review by experts. The aim of the developed program was to enable academic probation students to understand their career development and explore themselves, and to develop their own academic and school adjustments and their careers. The activity topics consisted of 11 sessions: recognizing problems for career development, finding solutions for career development, implementing activities for career development, evaluating activities, and reflecting on them. In order to evaluate the application of the developed career development program, 34 Experimental subjects and 40 control subjects were tested for career decision-making level before and after the program. And the experimental group was asked to write a reflection journal after participating in the program. As a result, it was found that the career development program utilizing the action learning for the academic warning students developed in this study is effective for the career development and career decision making of the academic warning students.
