한국판 일 관련 반추 척도 타당화 연구

A Validation Study of the Korean Version of a Work-Related Rumination Questionnaire

본 연구의 목적은 일 관련 반추 척도(Work-Related Rumination Questionnaire)를 한국어로 번안하여 타당화 하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 원 척도를 번역과 역번역 과정을 거쳐 한국어로 번안하였다. 먼저, 직장인 145명의 자료를 수집하여 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 원 척도와 동일한 3요인 구조를 확인하였다. 다음으로, 직장인 323명의 자료를 수집하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하고 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하였다. 이 과정을 통해 부적절한 3문항이 삭제되었으며, 최종적으로 12문항의 3요인 구조가 확정되었다. 하위 요인은 원 척도와 동일하게 ‘정서적 반추’, ‘문제해결 숙고’, ‘분리’로 명명하였다. 타당도 검증 결과, 일 관련 반추는 회복경험과 부적 상관을 나타냈으며, 직무요구, 피로도, 스트레스 반응, 직무소진과 모두 정적인 상관을 나타냄으로써 구성개념타당도가 검증되었다. 또한 일 관련 반추가 피로도에 대해 직무요구를 통제하고도 유의한 증분 설명량을 갖는 것으로 나타나 증분타당도가 검증되었다. 한국판 일 관련 반추 척도의 신뢰도는 .73~.90 범위로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 한국판 일 관련 반추 척도가 국내에서 근로자의 일 관련 반추 사고를 측정하고 연구하는데 적합한 척도임을 시사한다.

The goal of this study was to examine the validity of the Korean version of a Work-Related Rumination Questionnaire. To achieve this goal, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. In this process, three inappropriate items were removed, and finally the three-factor structure with twelve items was confirmed. Similar to the original questionnaire, sub-factors included affective rumination, problem-solving pondering and detachment. When the constructive validity was examined, the work-related rumination questionnaire was negatively correlated to recovery experience and was positively correlated with job demand, fatigue, stress response, and job burnout. In addition, as a result of hierarchical regression analysis, the incremental validity of work-related rumination was confirmed, i.e., work-related rumination accounted for a significant amount of the variance portion of fatigue even when controlling the effects of job demand. Internal consistency coefficients of the subscales of the Korean version of the work-related rumination questionnaire were .73-.90. This result suggests that the Korean version of the work-related rumination questionnaire has an adequate level of psychometric properties.
