The Effect of the Personality Education Program on Self-Esteem, Self-Leadership, and Time Management of Korea Polytechnics College Students

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the personality education program on selt-esteem, self-leadership, and time management of Korea Polytechnics College students. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, 1,833 freshmen from Daejeon, Gwangju and Changwon campus were selected for the program. Self-esteem, self-leadership, and time management were used as the main variables. A total of 24 questionnaires were used. As a result of comparison between pre and post measurement, self-esteem (positive self-esteem, negative self–esteem), self-leadership (self-reward, self-observation, self-set goal, self-esteem), time management (priority decision, time planning) showed significant improvement. The result of this study shows that the personality education program in Korea Polytechnics College has a positive effect on students self-esteem, self-leadership, and time management.
