간호대학생의 자기효능감, 전공만족도, 간호전문직관이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

Effect of Self-Efficacy, Major Satisfaction and Nursing Professionalism on Career Identity in Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기효능감, 전공만족도, 간호전문직관이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시행하였다. 자료수집은 B광역시 소재 2개 대학의 간호학과재학생 222명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients와 multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 자기효능감(β=.365, p<.001), 전공만족도(β=.249, p<.001), 입학동기(β=-.227, p<.001)의 으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수들은 진로정체감에 37.7%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 따라서, 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 간호대학생의 진로정체감 향상을 위한 교육프로그램개발의 기초자료에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the self-efficacy, major satisfaction and nursing professionalism on career identity in nursing students. Methods: The participants were 222 nursing students from two university in B city. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics, t-test, on way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 24.0. Results: The factors affecting on career identity in nursing students were self-efficacy(β=.365, p<.001), major satisfaction(β=.249, p<.001), Motivation(β=-.227, p<.001). The regression model explained 37.7% of career identity. Conclusion: Based on the results, it is suggested that a systematic education program considering factors influencing the career identity in nursing students be developed.
