보육교사의 정서지능과 행복감이 교수창의성 및 교수효능감에 미치는 영향

The Emotional Intelligence and Happiness of a Child Care Teacher A Study on the Influence of Professionality and Effectiveness in Teaching

본 연구는 보육교사의 정서지능과 행복감이 교수창의성 및 교수효능감의 관계를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2019년 6월 20일∼7월 10일까지 3주 동안 B시에 소재한 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 360명을 대상으로 하였다. 선행연구에 기초하여 정서지능, 행복감, 교수창의성, 교수효능감의 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 이후 수집된 자료 348부 중 332부를 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 이용하여 연구문제에 따라 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 정서지능, 행복감, 교수창의성 및 교수효능감의 일반적 경향의 수준은 보통이상으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 정서지능, 행복감, 교수창의성 및 교수 효능감 간에 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 정서지능과 행복감은 교수창의성 및 교수효능감에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 따라서 교수창의성 및 교수효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기 위해 보육교사의 정서지능과 행복감은 반드시 고려되어야 할 변인으로, 교수창의성 및 교수효능감이 높아지려면 보육교사의 정서지능과 행복감이 높아져야 함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the emotional intelligence and happiness of child care teacher and the faculty creativity and teaching efficacy. To that end, 360 child care teachers working at day care centers based in B city were targeted for three weeks from June 20 to July 10, 2019. Based on prior research, survey was conducted using measures of emotional intelligence, happiness, faculty creativity and teaching efficacy. Subsequently, 332 parts of the 348 collected data were correlated and recursive according to research issues using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, the level of general tendency of emotional intelligence, happiness, teaching creativity and teaching efficacy of child care teachers was more than normal. Second, there was a significant static correlation between emotional intelligence, happiness, teaching creativity and teaching efficacy of child care teachers. Third, the emotional intelligence and happiness of child care teacher were shown to be variables that affect teaching creativity and teaching efficacy. Therefore, the emotional intelligence and happiness of the child care teacher must be considered in order to have a positive influence on the faculty creativity and teaching efficacy, suggesting that the teacher s emotional intelligence and happiness should be increased in order to increase the teaching creativity and teaching efficacy.
