전문대학 학생을 위한 스마트재난관리 교수 · 학습 프로그램 개발 및 적용

The Development and Application of Teaching-Learning Program about Smart Disaster Management for College Students

본 연구는 스마트기술을 적용하여 예방, 대비, 대응, 복구 등의 재난관리업무를 수행하기 위해 업무별 정보와 프로세스를 기획하고 설계하는 스마트재난관리 교수·학습 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 스마트재난관리 직무를 참고하여 1차 교육프로그램을 도출하였다. 도출된 프로그램을 전문가 5인의 타당성 검증을 통해 일부 수정하였고 실제 프로그램 시행 전 교육의 효과성을 검증하기 위해 pilot 프로그램을 시행하였다. pilot 프로그램 시행 후 SPSS 23.0을 이용한 공변량분석(ANOCOVA)을 통해 교육의 효과성을 검증하였다. 교수·학습 프로그램을 시행한 실험집단이 프로그램을 받지 않은 통제집단에 비해 교육효과가 있는 것으로 나타나 본 프로그램이 효과성이 검증되었다. 본 연구의 결과물을 통해 학생들의 스마트재난관리에 대한 역량 강화를 기대해 볼 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to development of Teaching-Learning program about Smart Disaster Management for College students. The program first developed by doing literature research and next consulted by disaster management specialists, IT technology specialists and the educational specialist for verifying the face-validity. In order to find out the effectiveness of the Smart Disaster Management’s Teaching-Learning program, D college students as an experimental group and D college students as a control group were participated on this study. The data were analyzed by ANOCOVA using SPSS 23.0. The study result show that the Teaching-Learning program was positively effective for the smart disaster management skill for college students. Through the Education program, it is expected that student’s compentence will be more improved.
