학교폭력 예방을 위한 맞춤형 교육 활성화 방안

The Activation Plan of Customized Education for the Prevention of School Violence

폭력은 환경에 따라 다양하게 변화한다. 학교폭력도 환경에 영향을받으며 지속적으로 변화하고 있다. 과거에 고려되지 않았던 상황과 행위적인 요소들이 새롭게 등장하면서 학교폭력의 예방과 대응에 대한새로운 해결방안이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 학교폭력에 대한 예방적인 측면에서 교육을 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 따라서 학교폭력의 현황과 현재 논의되고 있는 교육활동을 살펴보고 이에 대한 효과를 향상시킬 수있는 방안을 논의하였다. 이를 토대로 학교폭력의 예방을 위한 맞춤형 교육을 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 여기에는 첫째, 학교폭력 정보 제공의 활성화가필요하다. 둘째, 사이버폭력 예방 교육의 강화가 필요하다. 셋째, 관련업무 담당자에 대한 교육이 강화되어야 한다. 넷째, 학교 특성을 고려한 교육이 필요하다.

The violence is variously changed depending on the environment. Also, School violence has changed continuously by the environment. The new elements has emerged as a problem in school violence. Thereby the prevention and response measures was necessary for solving the problems. The purpose of this study was to find a alternatives that can enable aspects of education in school violence prevention. Therefore, this study examined the educational activities being discussed and the situation of school violence. And it was looking for ways to improve the effect. Customized training plans that can be activated for the school violence prevention has been presented. First, it is necessary to activate the information provided on school violence. Second, education should be reinforced to prevent cyber bullying. Third, it must strengthen the training for the personnel related work. Fourth, it is necessary training to consider characteristics of school.
