Developing Service Quality Criteria of Private Security Companies

이 연구는 민간경비기업의 서비스품질 척도를 개발하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 이 연구에서는 2014년 기계경비 시스템을 활용하는 수도권 소재 사업장을 모집단으로 선정한 다음 유의표집법을 활용하여 300명을 연구대상으로 표집한 후 응답이 불성실하거나 신뢰성이 없다고 판단되는 자료를 제외한 후 최종 분석에는 229명을 활용하였다. 서비스품질 척도개발은 선행연구 고찰, 설문지 번안 및 초안 작성, 전문가 회의 및 본 조사, 타당도와 신뢰도 검증 등의 과정을 통하여 개발하였다. 서비스품질 평가 척도개발 과정은 선행연구 문헌 고찰, 개념적 정의 및 설문지 초안 작성, 전문가 회의, 예비검사 및 본 조사, 타당도와 신뢰도 검증 등의 과정을 통하여 개발하였다. SPSSWIN 18.0과 AMOS 18.0프로그램을 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비기업의 서비스품질 척도의 타당도는 매우 높다. 즉, 신뢰성, 친절성, 공감성, 유형성은 탐색․확인되었으며, 설명력이 높다. 둘째, 민간경비기업의 서비스품질 척도의 신뢰도는 높다. 즉, 민간경비기업의 서비스품질은 문항과 영역간, 문항과 총점간 상관정도가 높으며, 내적일관성 신뢰도 Cronbach s α값이 .796이상이다.

This research verified the validity and credibility by developing service quality criteria of private security Companies. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, this research selected company within the capital area that utilizes 2014 machine security system as the population, and used 300 people as object of the study by using purposeful sampling method. Among them, 229 people has been utilized in the final analysis after excluding the data which the answer is regarded insincere or not trustworthy. Service quality criteria development is processed by review of precedent research, filling out adaptation and draft of the questionnaire, researching experts’ discussion and example, and examination of validity and credibility. By utilizing SPSSWIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 program, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and reliability analysis has been enacted. Conclusion is as follow. First of all, validity regarding service quality criteria of private security Companies is very high. In other words, exploration of credibility, friendliness, consensual, and materiality has been verified, and is outstanding in terms of explanation. Secondly, the credibility regarding service quality criteria of private security Companies is high. In other words, service quality of private security Companies between question and domain, and between question and total score is high, and the value of internal consistency credibility Cronbach s α is more than .796.
