대구광역시 범죄발생 군집분석

Cluster Analysis for Crime Occurrence in Districts in Daegu

본 연구는 2012년 대구시 자치구에서 발생한 재산범죄, 흉악범죄, 폭력범죄 등 주요범죄를 연구대상으로 대구시 자치구의 범죄발생 군집화 경향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 SPSS 19.0을 사용하여 군집분석(hierarchical cluster analysis)을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 도출한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대구시 자치구의 재산범죄에 대한 군집화 경향에서 최초에는 서구, 남구, 수성구, 달서구, 동구, 북구 등 6개 구가 군집화 경향을 보이고 있으며, 이어서 달성군, 중구가 각각 점진적으로 군집화에 포함되고 있다. 둘째, 대구시 자치구의 흉악범죄에 대한 군집화 경향에서 최초에는 북구, 수성구, 달서구 등 3개구, 동구, 달성군 등 2개 구(군)가 먼저 군집화 경향을 보이고, 이어서 남구, 서구, 중구 등이 각각 군집화에 포함되고 있다. 셋째, 대구시 자치구의 폭력범죄에 대한 군집화 경향에서 최초에는 북구, 달성군, 달서구, 수성구 등 4개 구(군), 동구, 남구 등 2개 구가 먼저 군집화 경향을 보이고, 이어서 서구, 중구가 각각 군집화에 포함되고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to derive the districts clustering tendency on the occurrence numbers of the major crimes such as property crimes, heinous crimes, violent crimes in Daegul in 2012. The cluster analysis was conducted using SPSS 19.0 in order to achieve this purpose. The followings are the results of this study. First, Dalseong-gun, Jung-gu are included the clustering tendency after Seo-gu, Nam-gu, Suseong-gu, Dalseo-gu, Dong-gu, Buk-gu show the clustering tendency on the property crimes occurrence of the districts of Daegu. Second, Nam-gu, Seo-gu, Jung-gu are each included the clustering tendency after Buk-gu, Suseong-gu, Dalseo-gu and Dong-gu, Dalseong-gun each show the clustering tendency on the heinous crimes occurrence of the districts of Daegu. Third, Seo-gu, Jung-gu are each included the clustering tendency after Buk-gu, Dalseong-gun Dalseo-gu, Suseong-gu and Dong-gu, Nam-gu each show the clustering tendency on the violent crimes occurrence of the districts of Daegu.
