This study is a method of character education in Taekwondo, which is the four practical methods presented in Confucian rituals of Confucius. The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility and meaning of personality education based on Bi-Lye-Mul-Si and Bi-Lye-Mul-Cheong. First, the use of Taekwondowon may be a way. If Taekwondowon, which has established itself as the backbone of Taekwondo training and education, applies visual contents using science and technology to development and character education, the effect is expected to be great. Second, the second method proposes to cooperate with educational institutions and parents for the management of non-educational and stimulating audiovisual media that can be exposed in the general living environment outside of training hours. To this end, we have concluded that Taekwondo personality education can be a successful program if we educate ourselves with self-cultivation of self-cultivation. It is hoped that further research will be done on personality education through Bi-Lye-Mul-Eon and Bi-Lye-Mul-Dong.
