The purpose of this project is to analyze the influence of high school Taekwondo athletes participation in the classroom on athletic continuity and school life using the convenience sampling method. In order to collect data, the project team visited Taekwondo championships on a national scale and distributed questionnaires to high school athletes, and they were immediately collected. Through these research methods and procedures, the results of this study were derived as follows. First, the attitude of high school taekwondo students to participate in class had a significant effect on the intention of continuing to exercise. Second, the attitude of high school taekwondo students to participate in class had a significant effect on school life adjustment. Third, the intention of exercise adherence of high school taekwondo athletes had a significant effect on school life adjustment.
