간호학과 전공심화과정 보건의료와 간호정책 교과목에서 팀기반 학습의 효과

The Effect of Team-Based Learning on Health Care and Nursing Policy Subjects in Nursing Department and Specialized Deepening Course

본 연구는 간호학과 전공심화과정 보건의료와 간호정책 교과목에서의 팀기반 학습을 적용하고 팀기반 학습이 간호학과 전공심화과정 학습자의 계속교육참여동기, 전문직 자아개념, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 수행되었다. 연구설계 는 단일군 사전사후 시차설계에 의한 중재연구로 연구대상은 D시 소재 Y 전문대학 전공심화과정 간호학과 학생 36명이었다. 연구기간은 2018년 3월 7일부터 6월 21일까지였으며 자료분석은 IBM/WIN 21.0을 활용하여 Paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 간호학과 전공심화과정 보건의료와 간호정책 교과목에서의 팀기반 학습은 적용 후 계속교육참여동기(t=2.12, p=.038)와 전문직 자아개념(t=2.20, p=.031)을 향상시키는데 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 있었다. 간호학과 전공심화과정 보건의료와 간호정책 교과목에서 팀기반 학습은 계속교육참여 동기와 전문직 자아개념을 향상시키는데 효과적인 교수학습법이며 추후 간호학과 전공심화과정 교육 시 팀기반학습 활용에 대한 지속적인 연구를 제언한다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Team-Based Learning strategy according to the reasons nurses participate in continuing education, professional self-concept , problem solving on Health Care and Nursing Policy . A one group pre-post test design was used in this study with 36 participants enrolled in the nursing department and the specialized deepening course at Y University College. Data were collected from March 7 to June 21, 2018. We performed paired t-test using IBM/WIN 21.0 program. There were significant improvements in reasons nurses participate in continuing education (t=2.12, p=.038) and professional self-concept (t=2.20, p=.031). Team-Based Learning was shown to be a useful teaching and learning method on nursing department and specialized deepening course. We suggest further research to be conducted in analyzing the educational effects of the Team-Based Learning on other subjects in specialized deepening course.
