영재의 기업가정신 유형화 연구

A Study on Classification of Entrepreneurship of Talented Students

본 연구는 영재의 기업가정신을 유형별로 범주화하고, 성별, 학년별, 영재교육 경험 및 자기조절학습을 기준으로 특성을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 편의표집된 경기도 A영재교육원의 총 93명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 활용 하여 K-평균 군집분석을 통해, 기업가정신을 유형화하였으며, 일원분산분석을 실시하여 유형화된 집단의 특성을 알아보았다. 분석 결과, 기업가정신 유형은 4가지로 구분되었으며, 각 군집의 특성을 고려하여 ‘열정가’, ‘안정지향자’, ‘이상가’, ‘실천가’로 명명하였다. 군집 1인 ‘열정가’는 창업의지와 직업가치를 중간수준이었으며, 투자감각과 돈의 가치는 중하수준이었다. 군집 2인 ‘안정지향자’는 모든 영역인 하하인 가장 낮은 집단이었으며, 군집 3인 ‘이상가’는 하 수준인 창업의지를 제외한 나머지 모든 영역이 중 수준으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 군집 4인 ‘실천가’는 중 수준의 직업가치를 제외한 나머지 모든 영역이 상 혹은 상상으로, 가장 많은 영재(39.76%)가 속한 집단이었다. 기업가정신 유형에 따라 성별, 학년, 영재교육 경험에 따른 차이를 살펴보았다. 창업의지만 성별에서 유의적 차이를 보이고, 나머지는 차이가 없었으며, 기업가정신이 높은 집단이 높은 자기조절학습을 가지고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 영재의 기업가정신 교육을 위한 지침과 지원요소에 대해 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate entrepreneurship of gifted and talented student which should be examined to ensure high quality in entrepreneurship education. This study was conducted with a focus on entrepreneurship, which integrate entrepreneurial intent, investment acumen, money as tool, and entrepreneurial career values. Except insincere responses data from a total of 93 participants were used for data analysis in this study. K-mean cluster analysis method was used to examine how gifted and talented student could be distinguished depending on entrepreneurship type. Study results showed that there were four different types of gifted and talented student(enthusiastic person type, stable oriented person type, Idealist type, and practitioner type). This study examined what distinctive characteristics exited in each type depending on gender, grade, experience of gifted and talented education, and self-regulated learning. Results from this study provide various strategies of entrepreneurship education of gifted and talented students.
