간호학생의 문제해결과정, 비판적 사고성향, 자기효능감이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

Influence of Nursing Students’ Problem Solving Process, Critical Thinking Disposition, Self-Efficacy on Clinical Competence

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 정도와 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교수법, 교육과정 등을 개발하는데 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 시행한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 자 료수집은 D 광역시 일개 대학교의 간호학과 학생 중 자발적 참여에 서면 동의한 142명을 대상으로 2019년 3월 4일부터 3월 15일까지 자가보고형 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 변수의 측정을 위해 임상수행능력, 문제해결과정, 비판적 사고성향, 자기효 능감 측정도구를 사용하였으며 수집된 자료분석을 통해 대상자의 일반적 특성 및 그에 따른 임상수행능력의 차이, 각 변수의 수준 및 변수 간의 상관관계를 파악하였으며 다중회귀분석을 통해 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 대상자 의 임상수행능력은 평균 3.40점으로 측정되었으며 임상수행능력은 문제해결과정, 비판적 사고성향, 자기효능감과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 임상수행능력에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 문제해결과정(β=.49, p<.001), 자기효능감(β=.28, p<.001) 순으로 나타났으며 이들 요인들의 임상수행능력에 대한 전체 설명력은 47.0%였다. 간호대학생의 임상수행능력은 임상에서 간호전문성을 실현하고 임상적응, 직업만족도를 높일수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 토대로 문제해결과정과 자기효능 같이 간호학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 촉진하여 간호학생의 임상수행능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 교수법, 교육과정 등의 개발과 효과검증이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the level of clinical competence and the factors affecting the clinical competence in nursing students. Data were collected from 142 nursing students in D city from March 4 to 15, 2019. Data were analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson-correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The mean score for clinical competence in nursing students was 3.40 points. Clinical competence had significant correlation with problem solving process, critical thinking disposition, self-efficacy. Factors that had an influence on clinical competence in multiple regression were problem solving process(β=.49, p<.001), self-efficacy(β=.28, p<.001). These factors explained 47.0% of the variance in the clinical competence of nursing students. The clinical competence of nursing college students is an important factor to realize nursing expertise in clinical practice, and to enhance clinical adaptation and job satisfaction. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and verify the effects of teaching methods and curriculum that can enhance the clinical competence of nursing students by promoting factors affecting the clinical competence of nursing students such as problem solving and selfefficacy.
