간호교육에서 학습자 문답노트 작성의 효과

The effect of writing question and answer notes in nursing education

본 연구는 모성간호학 이론교과목에서 교과관련 질문에 대한 답안 노트 작성이 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 자기조절 학습능력 및 학업성취도에 미치는 효과를 확인하였다. 연구대상자는 G시 소재 한 대학의 간호학과 4학년 193명을 대상으로 하였고, 연구설계는 단일군 사전사후 원시실험연구이다. 수집된 자료는 종속변수의 사전-사후 평균값의 차이를 비교하기 위해 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 문답노트 작성 전, 후로 학업적 자기효능감, 자기조절 학습능력에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으나 학업성취도에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 문답노트 작성이 학업적 자기효능감의 하부 구성요인 모두에 긍정적인 효과가 있었으며, 자기조절 학습능력의 하부 구성요인 중에서는 외적 목표지향과 시험불안을 제외한 동기조절 전략과 인지 및 자원관리 전략에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 문답노트 작성이 학생들의 학업성취도에 미치는 효과는 없었지만 지속적으로 적용해본다면 학업적 자기효능감과 자기조절 학습능력이 향상되어 자기주도적으로 학습하는 기회가 될 것이다.

This study is to verify the effect of writing Q & A notes in Maternity nursing education for nursing students on academic self-efficacy, self-regulated learning ability and academic achievement. The subjects of this study were 193 fourth grade students in the nursing department of the university in G city. This study design is a primitive experimental research of a single group pre-post test. The data were analyzed by paired t-test to compare the differences in the pre-post mean values of the dependent variables. As results, there were significant differences in academic self-efficacy and self-regulated learning ability, but no significant ones in academic achievement between pre and post test of writing Q & A notes. Writing question-and-answer notes had positive effects on all the sub components of academic self-efficacy. Among the lower components of self-regulated learning ability, there were positive effects on motivational control strategy, cognitive and resource management strategy except external goal orientation and test anxiety. Based on this study, it is meaningful that the effect of writing Q & A notes was confirmed in nursing education, continuous application of Q & A notes would provide self-directed learning opportunities by improving academic self-efficacy and self-regulated learning ability.
