유아교사의 교직윤리 의식이 임파워먼트와 전문성 수준에 미치는 영향

Effects that Preschool Teachers’ Teaching Ethics Consciousness have on Empowerment and Level of Professionalism

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 교직윤리 의식이 임파워먼트와 전문성 수준에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기, 서울, 인천 지역에 소재한 유아교육기관에 재직 중 인 유아교사 326명을 대상으로 2015년 7월 28일부터 2015년 8월 25일 까지 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계분석, Cronbach sα 신뢰도분석, Pearson 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구의 결과, 첫째, 유아교사의 교직윤리 의식은 임파워먼트 및 전문성 수준과 모든 하위영역에서 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 임파워먼트의 하위요인 중 자기효능감,전문성 수준의 하위요인 중 지식과 기술의 발달과의 상관이 가장 높았다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교직윤리의식은 임파워먼트와 전문성 수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 임파워먼트에 21.4%의 영향력, 전문성 수준에 32.9%의 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타나 유아교사의 교직윤리의식은 임파워먼트 보다 전문성 수준에 더 영향력이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this research is to find out effects that preschool teachers’ teaching ethics consciousness has on empowerment and level of professionalism. Target for this research is a total of 326 preschool teachers, who are working in preschool education institutes located in Geonggi, Seoul, and Incheon areas. Collection of data was carried out using this questionnaire. And for analysis of data, we have carried out descriptive statistical analysis, Cronbach s α reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. First, when correlations among preschool teachers’ teaching ethics consciousness, empowerment, and level of professionalism were examined, it turned out that, in all sub-factors of preschool teachers’ teaching ethics consciousness and empowerment, there was a significant positive correlation. Among sub-factors of empowerment, correlation with self efficacy and among sub-factors of teaching ethics consciousness, the correlation was the highest in knowledge and development of technology turned out to be the highest. Second, when the influence that preschool teachers’ teaching ethics consciousness has on empowerment were examined, preschool teachers’ teaching ethics consciousness turned out to have 21.4% of influence on empowerment and 32.9% of influence on level of professionalism. So the preschool teachers teaching ethics consciousness has a greater impact on the level of professionalism than the empowerment.
