Peripheral giant cell granuloma (PGCG) is an benign non-neoplastic lesion most commonly occurring in oral cavity but extraoral PGCG is extremely rare. Recently, we experienced a case of an isolated PGCG in the parotid gland in 59-year-old man. FNAB findings and radiologic findings including CT and US were suggestive of Warthin’s tumor. Partial parotidectomy was performed.
