CNKI검색을 통한 중국에서의 태아성장지연에 대한 한약 치료 임상연구 동향

Review ofClinicalstudiesofHerbalMedicineTreatmentforFetalGrowth Restriction in ChinausingCNKIDatabase

Objectives:Thepurposeofthisstudyistoinvestigateclinicalstudiesontheeffectof herbalmedicineonferalgrowthrestrictioninChina,andtoseekbettermethodstotreat andstudyforfetalgrowthrestrictioninKorea. Methods:Wesearchedtheclinicalstudiesfrom theChinaAcademicJournal(CAJ)in ChinaNationalKnowledgeInfrastructure(CNKI)by key words‘宫内发育迟缓’,‘治疗’, ‘中医治疗’,‘中药’from January 1994toNovember2018.Weanalyzed theliteraturein regardstothetreatmentmethodsandresults. Results:Amongthe92searchedstudies,10randomizedcontrolledtrials,6controlled clinicaltrials,and7casestudieswereselectedandanalyzed.Inmostofthestudies,the effectivenessofherbalmedicineon molluscum contagiosum wassignificantly high.The mostcommonlyusedherbsfororaladministrationwereAstragaliRadix(黃芪),Angelicae GigantisRadix(當歸),AtractylodisRhizoma White(白朮),TaxilliRamulus(桑寄生), SalviaeMiltiorrhizaeRadix(丹蔘)andCnidiiRhizoma(川芎).Themostcommonlyused medicinesforinjectiontherapieswereSalviamiltiorrhizaeRadix(丹蔘)+Tetramethylpyrazine. Conclusions: Based on the resultsofthe clinicalstudiesfrom China,the use of Koreanmedicinefortreatmentoffetalgrowthrestrictionhasbeenshowntobeeffective. Additionalclinicalstudiesandexperimentalstudiesneedtobeperformedtosolidifythese findings.
