대구ㆍ경북지역 여성결혼이민자의 사회적 관계망 역할 분석

A Study on the Role of Social Networks in Female Marriage Immigrants in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Areas

이 논문은 대구ㆍ경북 여성결혼이민자의 사회적 관계망을 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 이를 위해 2017년 1월 중순부터 2018년 8월 14일까지 대구ㆍ경북에 거주하는 여성결혼이민자를 대상으로 눈덩이표집(Snowball sampling) 방법을 사용하여 11개국 출신 20명을 대상으로 면접조사를 진행하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 여성결혼이민자의 사회적 관계망은 인터넷이나 SNS 등과 같은 대안적 미디어, 통신 등의 소통공간, 공동체적 관계망이라는 특성을 유지하고 있다. 또한 국가의 사회복지정책 테두리 내에 포섭되지 못하는 집단에 대한 정서적ㆍ사회적 지지체계, 집합적 연대를 강화시키는 신뢰, 소셜미디어를 바탕으로 타인과 관계를 맺고, 사회적 활동을 확산해 나가는 커뮤니케이션 도구적 소셜미디어로 도출되었으며, 이를 통해 지역사회의 바람직한 사회적 가치를 모색하고 있다. 이 소통 양상들은 근거리의 동향 소집단 연결망, 지역의 모국공동체와 연대하여 공동체적 가치관을 서로 공유하고 교류하는 수평적 관계망, 초국가적 관계망으로 분석되었다. 이 연구는 주체적인 ‘아래로부터의 민주적 소통’에 의한 호혜적인 공동체의 의미를 발견했다는 점에서 큰 의미가 있는 논의이다.

This is an empirical analysis of the social network of Daegu and Gyeongbuk female marriage immigrants. For this purpose, 20 students from 11 countries were selected as the research method through snowball sampling from the first participant in Daegu․Gyeongbuk province from January, 2017 to August 14, 2018. As a result of the research analysis, the social network between female marriage immigrants maintains characteristics such as alternative media such as Internet and SNS, communication space such as communication, and community network. In addition, emotional and social support systems for groups that can not be accommodated within the framework of social welfare policy of the state, trust that strengthens collective solidarity, communication with other people based on social media, And it is seeking the desirable social value of the community. These communicative aspects were analyzed as a horizontal network, a transnational network in which the community values ​​are shared and exchanged with the community network of the local community. This study is of great significance in that it found the meaning of a reciprocal community by ‘democratic communication from below’.
