예비 초등교사의 진로정체감과 진로결정 자기효능감의 관계: 진로탄력성이 진로장벽의 매개효과에 미치는 조절효과

The influence of Pre-service Teachers’ Career Barrier and Career Resilience on Career Identity and Career Decision Making Self-efficacy: A moderated mediation model

본 연구의 목적은 예비 초등교사의 진로탄력성이 진로정체감과 진로결정 자기효능감의 관계에서 진로장벽의 매개효과를 유의하게 조절하는지를 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 2019년 3월 4일부터 3월 15일까지 **교육대학교에 재학 중인 예비 초등교사에게 설문을 실시하고, 수집된 203명의 자료를 활용하였다. 측정도구의 신뢰도, 주요 변인들의 기술통계 및 상관관계 분석을 위해서는 SPSS 23.0을, 진로탄력성의 조절된 매개효과 검증을 위해서는 PROCESS macro를 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 진로탄력성은 진로정체감과 진로결정 자기효능감의 관계에서 진로장벽의 매개효과를 유의하게 조절하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 예비 초등교사의 진로결정 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 종합적으로 탐색하고, 진로정체감, 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감의 관계에서 진로탄력성의 중요성을 확인하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this research is to identify whether pre-service teachers’ career resilience moderates the mediating effects of career barrier on the relationship between career identity and career decision making self-efficacy. For this purpose, data of 203 students attending the ** National University Of Education were collected. The reliability of the measurement, descriptive statistics and correlations of the main variables were calculated using SPSS 23.0, and the moderated mediating effect of career resilience was verified using model 14 of PROCESS macro. As a result of the analysis, career resilience significantly moderated the mediating effect of career barrier on the relationship between career identity and career decision making self-efficacy. This finding has the significance in that it comprehensively explored the variables affecting pre-service students’ career decision making self-efficacy while identifying the importance of career resilience in the relationship of career identity, career barrier, and career decision making self-efficacy.
