K-Pop is receiving the spotlight by making a meteoric rise as a leader of the Korean Wave all over the world. K-pop is spreading to various countries via various social networking services such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter. And the world consumers are fascinated catchy tunes, singer’s style, group dance and fancy performance. Psy’s hit Gangnam Style has taken the Korean pop genre to the top of Western charts. His quirky dance steps and unforgettable sing-along chorus have given us the smash pop hit of the year. Then along comes a chubby 34-year-old armed with a catchy tune, an endearing dance and becomes an overnight viral sensation. In the space of a few weeks, Psy has made Gangnam Stylists out of everyone the K-Pop has effectively used the social media. The YouTube have done its role for the K-Pop to be rapidly spread from the Asia to the America and the Europe. In order to maintain the popularity of the K-Pop, All of artists and people in Korea have to concentrate on maintaining and improving the quality of content.
