부모-자녀 의사소통방식이 사이버폭력 가해행동에 미치는 영향

Effect of Parent-Child Communication on the Cyber Violence Behavior: The Effects of Adolescents on Empathy Parameters

본 연구는 부모-자녀 의사소통방식이 사이버폭력 가해행동에 미치는 관계에서 청소년의 공감능력 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 서울시와 경기도 안양시, 안산시, 분당시 소재의 중고등학교 청소년으로써, 총 505명에게 구조화 된 자기기입식 설문지를 배부하여 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모-자녀 의사소통방식이 긍정적일수록 사이버 폭력 가해행동은 낮아진다. 둘째, 부모-자녀 의사소통방식이 긍정적일수록 청소년의 공감능력은 높아진다. 셋째, 청소년의 공감능력이 높을수록 사이버폭력 가해행동은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 부모-자녀 긍정적인 의사소통방식이 사이버폭력 가해행동에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 청소년의 공감능력은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 사이버폭력 가해행동 예방을 위한 부모-자녀 의사소통에 대한 교육프로그램과 청소년의 공감능력 향상프로그램 개발이 필요함을 제시하였으며 사회복지 측면의 실천적-정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

This study is intended to verify the effects of the teens ability to communicate with each other in relation to the way that their parent-child communication approaches interact with cyber-bullying behavior. It polled 505 middle and high school students in Seoul, Anyang City, Bundang, and Ansan using a structured questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows. First, the higher the capacity for parent-child communication, the lower the behavior of cyber bullying. Second, the higher the capacity for parent-child communication, the higher the teens ability to sympathize with each other. Third, it is revealed that cyber bullying behavior decreases as teens become more sympathetic. Fourth, the effects of the teens ability to communicate with each other on the way in which parent-child communication methods affect cyber-bullying behavior were verified. Based on the results of this study, we suggest the importance of developing a program for parents - child communication and adolescents empathy in order to prevent cyber violence abusive behavior, and suggest practical and policy suggestions in terms of social welfare.
