속초해양산업단지 수출 확대 방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Strategies for Export Promotion of Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex

본 연구는 속초해양산업단지의 현황을 파악하고 구조적 문제점을 도출함으로써 입주기업의 수출 확대 방안을 제시하였다. 현재 속초해양산업단지 기업들은 내수중심의 기업들로 구성 되어 있다. 따라서 수출 효과보다는 수입 원료를 이용하여 제품을 생산하고 내수시장 판매를 위한 활동을 하고 있다. 국내 판매용으로 다양한 수산가공품을 생산하지 못함으로 수출에 애로사항이 많다. 이에 따라 수출을 증진하기 위해서는 품목의 다양화, 해외네트워크 확보 등 지원 방안이 필요한 것으로 파악이 되었다. 수출 지원방안으로 품목에 따른 정보제공, 식품관련 인증지원 등과 같은 방안과 내수시장 중심 기업을 수출 기업으로 변화할 수 있도록 하는 것에 대한 방안을 제시코자 하였다. 본 연구는 2015년 7월 지정된 속초 종합보세구역인 속초해양산업단지를 수출 선도 단지로 발전시키기 위하여 연구를 수행함으로써 문제점 도출과 그 결과를 바탕으로 수출 확대방안을 제시하였다.

Purpose : Korea is implementing various support policies to increase export. However, efficiency problems with export support have been repeatedly raised. This study intends to draw policy implications for export support suitable Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex Research design, data, methodology : In order to accomplish this purpose, weanalyze the status of export support projects according to the Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex. We also analyze the suitability of General Bonded Area with the difficulties Results : In this study, it is necessary to improve the management plan Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex. In cases like this, it s necessary to consider the local situation and respond with. oriented policy to simplify the procedures for establishing the efficient operation system of the export support project. Conclusions : Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex Based on this system, customized policy of export companies in Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex should be carried out. to establish the export support system according to the enterprise global stage.
