The Effects of the Perception of Organizational Justice on Psychological Capital and Innovative Behavior: Focusing on Cosmetology Service Providers

This study attempted to investigate the effects of organizational justice on psychological capital and innovative behavior against cosmetology service providers. For this a questionnaire survey was conducted against 300 beauty salon employees in Seoul and capital region from March 4 to 22, 2019. Among a total of 300 questionnaires distributed, 294 copies but 6 poorly answered ones were used for final analysis. For data analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis were performed, using SPSS 21.0, and the results found the followings: First, the perception of organizational justice revealed a positive influence on psychological capital and innovative behavior. Second, psychological capital had a positive effect on innovative behavior. The high perception of organizational justice brought psychological reinforcement, provoking positive emotions. It appears that it is able to achieve high-value added management performances by having a positive influence on innovative behavior which implements the production, application and development of new ideas. The study results confirmed that organizational justice is a critical factor affecting psychological capital and innovative behavior. It’s also expected that they would be available as basic data for the scientific management of human resources.
