대학 수업에서 창의성을 촉진하는 수업평가 도구 개발

Development of Creativity Course Evaluation Inventory(CCEI) to Enhance Creativity in Higher Education

이 연구는 대학생 창의역량 증진을 위하여 창의성 수업평가 도구의 영역과 문항을 개발하고자 수행되었다. 수업평가 도구개발을 위하여 교수체제개발모형인 ADDIE, 교육평가모형인 CIPP와 창의성 4P모형을 기반으로 평가요인 및 문항을 구성하였고, 1차, 2차 전문가 내용타당도와 학생 안면타당도 검증을 거쳐 총 6개 문항으로 창의성 수업평가 도구를 개발하였다. 평가도구는 교수자 자기평가와 학생 수업평가로 구성되었으며, 6개의 영역인 ‘학습(수업)목표, 창의적 학습환경, 수업방법, 창의적 결과물, 평가방법, 학습성과’에 대한 문항이 포함되었다. 또한 개발된 도구를 활용하여 창의성을 촉진하는 수업과 일반 수업에 적용하여 평가도구의 결과타당도를 검증하였다. 이 연구를 통해 개발된 창의성 수업평가 도구를 대학생 창의역량을 증진하고자 하는 수업평가에 활용할 것을 제안하는 바이다.

This study is to develop course evaluation inventory to enhance creativity in higher education. In developing the course evaluation inventory, ADDIE from instructional design model, CIPP from evaluation model, and 4P from creativity research were adapted to construct evaluation categories and items. After development of course evaluation items, first and second expert reviews for content validity and face validity were conducted. Six categories and items of course evaluation inventory for enhancing creativity were developed. The inventory include instructor’s self evaluation version and student’s course evaluation version. The course evaluation inventory for enhancing creativity consists of six factors including learning goal, creative learning environment, teaching methods for promoting creativity, creative outputs, evaluation method and learning outcomes. The effect of this inventory were verified by applying this tool to course evaluation of two different types of courses, both creativity promoting courses and general lecture based courses.
