키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 보육교사 소진 관련 연구동향 분석

Research Trends on Childcare Teacher’s Burnout Using Keyword Network Analysis

본 연구는 국내 학술지에 게재된 보육교사의 소진 관련 논문의 연구동향을 키살펴봄으로써 연구주제의 변화와 뱡향을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 2005년에서 2019년 8월까지 한국연구재단의 등재지와 등재후보지에 게재된 보육교사 소진관련 학술지 논문의 키워드에 대해 네크워크 분석을 하였다. 연구절차는 분석대상논문 선정, 키워드 추출 및 코딩, 키워드 네트워크 구축, 키워드 네티워크 분석 및 시각화 과정 순이고, Textom 프로그램을 활용하여 자료를 처리하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2005년에서 2019년 8월까지 총 105편의 논문이 학술지에 게재되었으며, 한국영유아보육학 에 가장 많은 논문이 게재된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 키워드는 심리적 소진 이 가장 높은 빈도를 보였으며 사회적 지지 , 직무만족 , 직무스트레스 등의 순으로 높은 빈도가 나타났다. 셋째, 키워드 연결 정도 중심성 분석 결과 심리적 소진 이 가장 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 보육교사 소진 관련 연구동향을 알아보고 보육교사 소진과 관련한 후속연구의 방향성을 제시한 점에 의의가 있다.

This study examines the research trends of childcare teacher’s burnout published in domestic journals, using keyword network analysis. Articles on childcare teacher burnout, certified by the National Research Foundation of Korea, were analyzed by year. The study was conducted, in order: selecting which journals were to be analyzed, extracting and coding the keywords, establishing a keyword network, analyzing and visualizing a keyword network. It was found that 105 articles were published from 2005 to August 2019, and most frequently articles were published in Korea Journal of Child Care and Education. The occurrences of keywords in childcare teacher’s burnout articles were, in descending order: psychological burnout, social supports, job satisfaction, job stress. Through the analysis of the centrality degree of keywords, psychological burnout appeared most often. This study is significant in that, based on the systematic analysis of research trends, it suggests the future direction of childcare teacher’s burnout studies.
