Effects of High Intensity YONGMUDO Training on Maximum Muscle Strength and Yongmudo Performance in the Aduit Males
Purpose; This study was to investigate the effects of high intensity yong mu do training on maximum muscle strength and yong mu do performance in the aduit males. The participants were divided into two groups: Exercise group(n=15) and Control group(n=15). The high intensity yong mu do training program for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significantly increased in harvard step, burpee test, push-up, sit-up rate. Second, there were significantly increased in kick performance, throwing techniques, self-defense. As conclusions, this study confirmed that the high intensity yong mu do training could improve the maximum muscle strength and yong mu do performance of aduit males.
