The survey method measures the expected level of quality influencing factors between the client, design supervisor and builder, and these three parties, determines whether this affects the perceived quality of the actual project, and whether the perceived quality affects client satisfaction. Finally, we test whether the characteristics of the client play a moderator in the relationship between perceived quality and client satisfaction. The result is: Stakeholder s expectations for quality impact factors were found to have a significant impact on perceived quality.
