High-Fidelity Simulator를 활용한 팀기반 전문심폐소생술 간호교육의 효과

Effect of a Team-based Professional Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation on Nursing Education using a High-Fidelity Patient Simulator

본 연구는 High-Fidelity Simulator를 활용한 팀기반 전문심장소생술 교육이 간호대학생의 학습성과, 문제해결과정, 의사소통 및 협력과 전문심폐소생술 지식에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 실시된 단일군 사전-사후 실험연구이다. 연구 대상자는 C지역에 소재한 간호학과 4학년 시뮬레이션실습교과목을 수강한 47명의 학생이다. 자료수집은 팀기반 전문심장소생술 시뮬레이션 교육 전과 후에 각각 수집되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 서술통계와 paired t-test가 실시되었다. 연구결과, 학습성과, 문제해결과정, 의사소통 및 협력과 전문심폐소생술 지식 점수가 교육전후 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 전문심장소생술 능력을 향상시키기 위한 체계적인 시뮬레이션 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하며, 의사소통 및 협력을 향상시키기 위한 팀기반 시뮬레이션실습 모듈의 개발 및 교육효과를 검증하기 위한 후속연구가 필요하다.

This study is a single-group pre-post experimental study to investigate the effects of team-based professional cardiopulmonary resuscitation on program outcomes, problem-solving process, communication competence and collaboration, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge. The participants were 47 senior nursing students who took the integrated practice course in C area. Data collection was collected before and after team-based cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulation training. Date analysis was performed descriptive statistics and paired t-test using SPSS 22.0 program. The results showed that program outcomes, problem-solving skills, communication competence, collaboration, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge scores improved significantly before and after education. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and apply a systematic simulation program for improving the cardiopulmonary resuscitation ability of nursing students, and further studies are needed to develop and verify the effectiveness of the team-based simulation practice module to improve communication and collaboration.
