Purpose - The purpose of this study is to impact “glass ceiling” perception of female airline employee on organizational justice and job satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach - A survey was conducted for 31st days from October 1, 2018 to October 31, 2018. In this study three hypotheses based on literature reviews were tested. Data from 289 valid samples for this study were analyzed through multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0. Findings - The results showed that glass ceiling perception had partially negative yet significant impact on both distributional justice and procedural justice. Moreover, the glass ceiling had a negative significant impact on job satisfaction. Research implications or Originality - This study also presented meaningful implications in practical terms. such that for the managers of airline companies may utilize female resources in a more positive way by recognizing the existence of gender discriminatory practices and prejudices.
