This research aimed to study, analyze, and propose the planning processes of development of cultural landscapes conservation tourism by local communities in Tha-Uten District, Nakhon Phanom Province. The methodology in this research was conducted by studying from Thai and international secondary sources and related research papers. This research is qualitative which explains the actual situations happening at the day of the study by exploring tourist attractions together with distributing questionnaires. The data were then compiled for an analysis and conclusion in order to propose the methods for tourist attractions development. The findings of this study revealed that the developmental planning processes of this research consists of 6 processes 1) process of exploration and data analysis/ readiness evaluation. 2) Value evaluation. 3) Problems setting. 4) Vision shared setting/policy/strategy/planning/project of tourist attractions development. 5) Operation and proceeding according to the developmental plan or project. 6) Project’s result evaluation the development of cultural landscapes conservation tourism by local communities. This research proposed the tourist attractions developmental methods for development cultural landscape conservation tourism by local communities. It covered the main points which were the cooperation of the community and the hearing of the people’s voices which were considered to be important. Afterward, the data were analyzed, synthesized, and proposed the outcomes as methods to anyone who is related to the issue such as the government, private companies and people in the community. This was done for further development of cultural landscape conservation tourism by local communities in Tha-Uten District, Nakhon Phanom Province.
