미래형 간호 인력 활용방안에 관한 연구

The PA, which was not institutionalized under the current law, has become more prevalent among large hospitals, especially in subjects with unstable supply and demand of majors, to minimize the medical vacuum caused by the lack of medical staff and lack of support from the majors. PA within the medical delivery system will increase in the coming years as the population ages and chronic diseases increase, the guarantee of medical services, the enactment of special law for majors, and the patient focus on advanced general hospitals are expected to continue. The U.S. is overcoming much of the high-cost, low-guaranteed issues in the U.S. medical system by introducing and deploying the PA system, which is a special health care workforce, at the forefront of primary care, to solve the difficulties of physician manpower supply and drastically lower the threshold of hospitals. Of course, the walls of doctor-centered “medical expertise” are also solidified within the American medical community. However, the U.S. is stepping up efforts to expand its FPA by addressing concerns about APRN s expertise by improving the overall education level of APRN jobs through the introduction of DNP, a working-level clinical PhD. The chronic shortage of medical staff at domestic medical sites and the lack of a major that has self-cultivation of a deformed health and medical job named PA. Although it is a serious illegal medical practice, the number of PA nurses has increased by a large margin every year due to the realistic needs of the medical field, and the scope of their work is expanding to an infinite extent. In this paper, we are going to discuss the current situation and problems of nursing workforce development in our country, and propose ways of improving our legal system by reviewing the U.S. nursing workforce training system and drawing out its implications.
