보육교사의 그릿, 긍정적 정서, 교사효능감, 직무스트레스 간의 구조적 관계 분석

Mediating Effect of Positive Emotions and Teacher Efficacy in the Relationship between Child Care Teacher s Grit and Job Stress

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 그릿, 긍정적 정서, 교사효능감과 직무 스트레스 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하여 보육교사들의 직무 스트레스를 관리하기 위한 방안을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 연구가설은 ‘보육교사의 그릿은 긍정적 정서와 일반적 교사효능감, 개인적 교사효능감에 정의 영향을 미칠 것이며, 긍정적 정서와 일반적 교사효능감, 개인적 교사효능감은 직무 스트레스에 부의 영향을 미칠 것이며, 그릿과 직무 스트레스 사이는 긍정적 정서와 일반적 교사효능감, 개인적 교사효능감이 매개할 것이다.’로 설정하였다. D 광역시 어린이집의 보육교사 300명 대상의 설문조사로 진행되었으며 294부를 최종 연구자료로 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS, AMOS 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 측정모형과 구조모형 분석, 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 보육교사의 그릿은 긍정적 정서와 일반적 교사효능감, 개인적 교사효능감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 긍정적 정서는 직무 스트레스에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보육교사의 긍정적 정서는 그릿과 직무 스트레스 사이를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship between grit, positive emotion, teacher efficacy, and job stress of child care teachers. The research hypothesis states that‘grit of caregivers will have a positive impact on positive emotions, general teacher efficacy, and personal teacher efficacy. Positive emotions of teachers, general teacher efficacy, and personal teacher efficacy will have a negative effect on job stress. The positive emotion, general teacher efficacy, and personal teacher efficacy will be mediated between the caregiver s grit and job stress. A survey was conducted with 300 childcare teachers in metropolitan day care centers, and 294 copies were used as the final research data. For data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, measurement model and structural model analysis, and mediating effect analysis were conducted using SPSS and AMOS programs. The results showed that the grit of child care teachers had a positive effect on positive emotions, general teacher efficacy, and personal teacher efficacy, and the positive emotions of child care teacher had negative effects on job stress. The positive sentiment of the caregiver was found to partially mediate between grit and job stress.
