호스피스 사회복지 관련 국내연구동향 분석을 통한 여성사회복지사의 다학제적 역할

Role of Female Social Workers through Analysis of Research Trends in Hospice Social Welfare

본 연구는 학위논문과 학술지에 게재된 호스피스 관련 사회복지 분야 연구의 국내동향을 분석하고 향후 호스피스 영역에서 여성사회복지사의 다학제적 서비스 역할과 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 학술지에 등재된 호스피스 관련 사회복지 분야 연구의 국내 동향에 대해 알아보고 향후 호스피스 영역에서 사회복지 서비스 역할과 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 대상 논문들은 연도별·주제어별·연구방법 등에 대해 분석틀을 정하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 학술지는 1990년대부터 꾸준히 연구가 진행되어 왔으며 학위논문은 2000년대 이후에부터 연구가 시작되었다. 둘째, 연구 주제별 동향은 개인 영역에서 정서와 관련된 주제어가 가장 많았고 환경 영역은 호스피스 서비스에 대한 주제어가 가장 많이 연구 되어진 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 연구 방법은 양적연구가 질적 연구 보다 많았으며 특히 양적연구에서 상관관계 연구가 가장 활발히 진행되었고, 조사연구가 다음으로 많았다. 질적 연구에서는 근거 이론이 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 연구 대상은 문헌연구, 사회복지, 말기환자 등의 순서로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 호스피스 완화의료 서비스에서 여성 사회복지사의 역할과 방향에 대해 제언하였다.

This study aims to examine trends in the overall social welfare field research listed in domestic hospice related degrees and journals and to present the role and direction of social welfare services in the hospice field in the future. The research subjects set the framework for the characteristics of research methods by year, and the results of this analysis are as follows. The first journal has been studied steadily since the 1990s, and has been active since the 200s. The thesis of the degree has been studied since the 2000s. Second, in the study subject, the most common theme related to emotion was in the individual author area, and in the environmental area, the theme of hospice service was the most. Third, quantitative research was significantly more significant than qualitative research, and correlation research was most active in quantitative research, followed by research, and qualitative research showed a lot of ground theory. The study showed that there were many studies in the order of literature research, social welfare, and terminal patients. Based on the results of the above research, we proposed the role and direction of female hospice social workers in the future.
