간호대학생의 임상실습 전·후 생명의료윤리 의식 비교

The Nursing Student s Consciousness of Biomedical Ethics before and after their Clinical Practice

본 연구의 목적은 임상실습 전, 후에 따른 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리 의식을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. J시에 소재한 일 대학교의 간호대학생 253명(임상실습 전 2학년 127명, 임상실습 후 4학년 126명)을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2016년 4월 2일부터 6월 16일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA를 구하였다. 연구결과 생명의료윤리 의식 평균점수는 2학년 2.97점, 4학년 2.88점으로 임상실습 전 2학년이 유의하게 높았다(p=.003). 세부항목으로는 태아생명권(p=.000), 인공임신중절(p=.000), 신생아생명권(p=.001)에서 2학년이 유의하게 높았다. 본 연구결과에 따라 임상실습은 생명의료윤리 의식에 중요한 요소로 간주되며 간호대학생을 위한 생명의료윤리 교육 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study were to identify whether the clinical experience of nursing students influence their ethical value and, to determine what factors influence the understanding of biomedical ethics. In this descriptive research, a total of 253 nursing students(127 second-year nursing students before clinical practice and 126 four-year nursing students after clinical practice) from J city were selected. Data was collected using self reported questionnaire filled from April 2 to June 16, 2016. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. When the difference of consciousness of biomedical ethics of second-year nursing students and four-year students were compared, second-year nursing students had significantly higher scores(2.97 for second-year, 2.88 for four-year, p=.003). second-year nursing students were statistically significant higher scores in the following areas: Right life of fetus(p=.000), Artificial abortion(p=.000), Right to life of newborn(p=.001). On the basis of these results, clinical experience of nursing students should be regarded as an important factor and developed of education program in biomedical ethics for nursing students.
