은퇴 장애인의 심리적 상태가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향연구

국민연금수급액, 건강보험가입의 조절효과 분석

본 연구는 은퇴 후 장애인의 심리적 상태가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 은퇴 장애인의 심리적 상태와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 사회보험(국민연금, 건강보험)의 조절효과를 검증한 연구이다. 이를 위해 2015년 국민연금연구원에서 발표한 국민노후보장패널(6차년도, 2015)의 사회 · 경제적 활동에서 은퇴한 장애인 107명 자료를 활용하여 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 은퇴 장애인의 심리적 상태는 삶의 만족도에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 은퇴 장애인의 심리적 상태가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 국민연금수급액은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 은퇴 장애인의 심리적 상태가 삶의 미치는 영향에서 건강보험가입은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 은퇴 장애인의 삶의 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 일환으로 국민연금수급액과 국민건강보험의 보장성을 강화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

This study is to analyze influence which psychological state of the disabled has on the satisfaction with life after retirement and for this, the study analyzed moderating effect using national pension and health insurance in the 6th year national old age security panel data (National Pension Research Institute, 2015). According to the analysis result, national pension as had an effect to moderate influence which psychological state of the disabled has on the satisfaction with life after retirement while health insurance had a moderating effect. It is believed such results are due to income of the disabled which is just 53.4% of the non-disabled. Thus, this study suggested necessity of policy alternative to increase national pension receipts of the disabled and to increase additional expenses for mitigation of disabling conditions.
