초등 돌봄체육 지도자의 프로그램 운영 반성과 개선에 관한 자문화기술지

A autoethnography about the reflection and improvement of program operation of elementary school care class physical activity instructor

본 연구는 초등학교 돌봄교실 내 체육활동 지도자가 프로그램을 운영하면서 경험한 어려움과 해결과정을 사실적이며 고백적인 방식으로 소개하는 자문화기술지이다. 연구의 목적은 지도자의 프로그램 운영에서 나타난 어려움을 파악하고 개선하여 교수 전문성 향상과 돌봄체육 프로그램 운영을 위한 실질적인 방안을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 연구자의 자기성찰 자료와 회상자료, 활동 영상과 사진을 수집하고 분석하였다. 자료분석은 Spradley(1979)가 제안한 영역분석과 분류분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 학습환경조성 능력의 부족함과 돌봄교실의 특성을 고려하지 못한 문제점을 보이며 지도자로서 프로그램 운영 능력의 부족함을 보였다. 둘째, 대학원 동료들과 프로그램 운영의 문제점을 함께 공유하고 문제점을 반성하며 개선방안을 모색할 수 있었다. 셋째, 효율적인 학습환경을 조성하고 돌봄교실의 특성을 고려한 교수·학습 방법을 활용하며 기존의 문제점을 해결할 수 있었다. 결론에서는 지도자의 교수수행능력 향상 방안과 돌봄교실의 교육적 가치를 높이기 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

This study is autoethnography that introduces the difficulties and solutions that elementary school care class physical activity instructor experienced while operating program in a realistic and confessional way. The purpose of this study is to identify and improve the problems of instructor teaching behavior and to help them improve their professionalism and run a good care and sports program. For this, the researchers collected and analyzed self-reflection data, recall data, activity videos, and photographs. Collected data were analyzed using domain analysis and taxonomic analysis proposed by Spradley(1979). As a result of the study, First, the instructor showed a lack of professionalism about problems of lack of ability to create learning environment and characteristics of care class. Second, they were able to share the problems of the program management with their graduate colleagues, reflect on the problems, and seek ways to improve them. Third, it was able to solve the existing problems by creating an efficient learning environment and utilizing the teaching and learning methods considering the characteristics of the care class. And, it proposed a method for improving the teaching performance of the instructor and a method for enhancing the educational value of the care class.
