작은학교 무학년제 교과 융합형 협동학습 수업실행 연구

A Study on Non-Graded System and Convergenced Curriculum-Based Cooperative Learning: Focusing on the ‘Happy Growth and Development-Based Assessment’ through Creative Compositional Puppet Scripts

본 연구의 목적은 성장과 발달을 돕는 ‘행복성장평가’를 중심으로 작은학교 무학년제 교과 융합형 협동학습 프로그램을 구안하여 실제 교실수업에 투입함으로써 현장 적용 가능성과 교육의 효율성을 실행 연구의 차원에서 객관적으로 검증함에 있다. ‘행복성장평가’의 효율성 검증을 위해 전반부 활동(작은학교 주문형 인형극 캠프: 2019. 8.16~8.19)과 후반부 활동(창작 인형극 대본 활용 무학년제 교과 융합형 협동학습: 2019. 11.1~11.22) 간의 긴밀한 연계성에 기반을 두고 이원체계로 프로그램을 운영하였다. 연구 결과, 다음과 같은 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 교육과정의 상향식 접근이 가능한 작은 학교 속 작은학교 는 오히려 2015 개정 교육과정에서 추구하는 핵심역량 기반 창의·융합 인재 양성 교육에 적합한 조건과 환경을 갖추고 있다. 둘째, 협업하고 공감하며 인형극을 만드는 과정에서 학습자들은 경직된 능력(hard skill) 으로 무장한 이기적 창작자 라기보다는 유연한 역량(soft skill) 을 고루 갖춘 이타적 창조자 로 성장·발달할 수 있는 잠재 역량을 스스로 함양하게 된다. 셋째, 창작 인형극 대본을 활용하여 구안한 작은학교 무학년제 교과 융합형 협동학습의 역방향 설계(backward design)는 교육과정-수업-평가-기록-통지 의 일체화를 실천할 수 있는 행복성장평가 전략으로 범용화 될 수 있는 가능성을 시사한다.

The purposes of this study are to develop a non-graded and convergenced curriculum-based cooperative learning program for a small school around happy growth and development-based assessment to promote children s growth and development, apply it to actual lessons in the classroom, and test objectively its field applicability and educational efficiency at the level of action research. The findings have the following implications: first, little-big schools capable of taking a bottom-up approach to the curriculum had conditions and environments fit for the cultivation of creative and convergent talents based on the core competences ; secondly, the learners got to cultivate their potential capabilities of growing and developing into altruistic creators evenly equipped with soft skills rather than selfish creators armed with hard skills in the process of making a puppet show based on collaboration and sympathy; and finally, the backward design of non-graded and convergenced curriculum-based cooperative learning for a small school based on creative puppet scripts offers the possibilities of being used widely as a strategy of happy growth and development-based assessment to practice the unity of curriculums, lessons, evaluations, records, and notifications.“
