This paper discusses the syntactic status and function of Prefinal Ending. Prefinal Ending in Korean is not inflectional unit but syntactic unit. Appearances of agglutination in Korean language prove that Korean sentence is intrinsically syntactic constituent composed of grammatical units. Following are major contents of this paper. First, Prefinal Ending is not head but non-head even if it is syntactic unit, because Prefinal Ending is not connected with a grammatical participation in inside of sentence but only add grammatical meaning to a proposition sentence. Second, Agglutinating Prefinal Ending is syntactic process of feature percolation like a VP + T → VTP . Naturally, feature percolation seizes the hierarchical grouping and structure between Prefinal Endings.
