간호대학생의 공감능력과 자기효능감이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향

Influence of Empathic Ability and Self-Efficacy on Problem Solving Ability in Nursing Students

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 공감능력과 자기효능감이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하는데 있다. 자료수집은 2019년 4월 1일부터 6월 15일까지이며, 충북과 전남에 소재한 2곳의 대학교 간호학과 재학생인 222명을 편의 표출하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, multiple liner regression analysis를 이용하였다. 본 연구 결과 문제해결능력이 공감능력(r=.49, p<.001)과 자기효능감(r=.48, p<.001)에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석 결과 문제해결능력에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인은 공감능력(β=.41, p<.001), 자기효능감(β=.39, p<.001)으로 총 설명력은 39%이었다. 따라서 공감능력 함양과 자기효능감 향상을 위해서 관련 교과목 편성 및 운영과 다양한 인성교육프로그램을 개발하고 활용해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of empathic ability and self-efficacy on problem solving ability by nursing students. Data were collected from 222 nursing students from 2 institution of university students studying the department nursing science in Chung-buk and Jeon-nam. by means of self reported questionnaires about problem solving ability on empathic ability and self-efficacy from April 1 to June 15, 2019. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple liner regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. The results showed that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between problem solving ability and empathic ability(r=.49, p<.001) and self-efficacy(r=.48, p<.001). The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the significant factors affecting problem solving ability were empathic ability(β=.41, p<.001) and self-efficacy(β=.39, p<.001). Therefore, in order to cultivate empathic ability and improve self-efficacy, it is necessary to develop and use related courses and develop various personality education programs.
