일반경비원 교육생의 교육환경에 관한 연구

A Study on the Educational Environment of the General Security Guard Education Students: Foused on S University of South Chungnam

끊임없이 제기되고 있는 경비원의 자질에 대한 의문을 해소하기 위해서 가장 중요한 것이 교육훈련이다. 경비원의 자질 향상은 수요자에게 질 높은 서비스의 제공 뿐 아니라 민간경비산업의 인식 개선으로 이어질 수 있다. 민간경비 산업의 질적 성장은 경비원의 교육훈련이 가장 중요하며 이러한 교육훈련의 목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 교육생들로 하여금 교육만족도를 높이는 것이며 교육의 만족도는 결국 교육환경에서 비롯된다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 교육환경을 구성하는 요소를 교육과정, 교육기관 환경, 교육의 형태로 설정하고 충남지역 S대학의 일반경비원 신임교육과정 교육생을 대상으로 다음과 같은 교육환경의 인식을 분석하여 제시하였다. 첫째, 일반경비원 신임교육과정 교육생의 교육과정에 대한 인식 둘째, 일반경비원 신임교육과정 교육생의 교육기관 환경 인식 셋째, 일반경비원 신임교육과정 교육생의 교육 형태에 대한 인식 넷째, 일반경비원 신임교육과정 교육생의 선호 학습과목에 대한 인식 다섯째, 일반경비원 신임교육과정 교육생의 교과목 외에 교육받고 싶은 분야에 대한 선호 여섯째, 일반경비원 신임교육과정 교육생의 교과목 담당교수에 대한 선호 등을 분석하여 시사점을 제시하였다.

The new guards education and training is being raised as a way to solve problems on qualifications. Such improvements in the quality of the new guards could lead to better awareness of the private security industry as well as providing high-quality services to consumers. The qualitative growth of the private security industry can be seen as the most important education training by the security guards, and in order to achieve the purpose of such training effectively, the satisfaction level of education is to increase the satisfaction level of education for the trainees, which results from the educational environment. For the qualitative growth of the private security industry, training of guards is the most important and the educational environment should be improved in order to effectively achieve the purpose of such training. Therefore, the purpose of this study was set as a sub-factor of education environment, education institution environment, education type, and analyzed and presented the following education environment awareness among students of new education courses for general security guard at S university in South Chungnam. First, awareness of the curriculum, Second, Awareness of Educational Environment, Third, Awareness of Educational Form, Fourth, Awareness of Preferred Learning Subjects, Fifth, awareness of additional learning subjects, Sixth, the preference for the instructor was analyzed and the implications were presented.
