The purpose of this study is to examine how the Perceived Performance of High School Taekwondo player athletes affects self-management, Burnout. The High School Taekwondo player in Seoul, Gyeonggi, were studied with a standardized questionnaire. total 250 of them were used for the final analysis. For measurement and analysis, SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs were used to assess the frequency analysis, skewness, kurtosis, credibility, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, measurement model verification, structural model verification, and mediated effect verification. First, the perceived performance had a significant positive effect on self-management. Second, self-management had a negative impact on burnout. Third, perceived performance did not affect burnout. Fourth, self-management in relation to perceived performance and burnout Showed a full mediating effect. This conclusion shows that : Therefore, this study contributed to the expansion of academic theory by identifying the influences between variables on perceived performance, self-management and burnout, and It is expected to be used as a basic data to reduce burnout in the sport situation.
