특성화고등학생의 직업기초능력향상을 위한 팀기반학습(TBL) 개발 사례 연구

Development of Team Based Learning for Improving Vocational Key Competencies for Students at Specialized High Schools

특성화고등학교의 NCS 교육과정은 직업기초능력을 향상시키려는 의미 있는 제도적 장치로 인식되고는 있으나 여전히 학교현장 교사들에게 실제적으로 필요한 수업 운영에 대한 구체적 안내를 제공하는데 있어 매우 제한적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 먼저 특성화고등학교 학생들의 직업기초능력향상을 위한 수업의 방향성과 수업 내 팀기반학습의 적용가능성을 논하고, 직업기초능력 중 의사소통능력을 국어교과와 연계한 수업사례를 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업기초능력 향상을 위한 교과 연계방안과 팀기반학습 절차를 개발하였다. 둘째, 직업기초능력향상을 위한 팀기반학습 모형과 교수·학습 요소를 적용하여 팀기반학습 절차에 따라 요구되는 교수·학습자료를 개발하였고, 일련의 과정은 특성화고등학교 교사들의 피드백을 반영한 결과로 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 특성화고등학교에서 직업기초능력향상을 위한 팀기반학습 수업설계와 자료개발에 실제적 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

This study tried to investigate the need for improving vocational key competencies and develop procedures and strategies for team-based learning for students at specialized high schools. NCS based curriculum is perceived as the institutional strategy for improving vocational key competencies. However, teachers can be limited to apply the teaching and learning process through the subject. For this, this study discussed the importance and applicability of instructions for team-based learning and developed TBL cases using communication abilities of vocational key competency. The results of this study are as follows. First, methods were developed for specialized high schools for connecting between communication competency and team-based learning procedures to improve vocational key competencies. Second, teaching & learning materials for TBL according to team-based learning procedures were developed, and all the results of this study were presented through the validation process of specialized high school teachers. The results of this study can be used as a practical guide for team-based learning designs and development for improving vocational key competencies in specialized high schools.
