이러닝(e-learning) ‘아버지학교’ 수업운영에 관한 연구

A case study on the management of an e-learning father school course in Korea

본 연구는 사이버대학에 개설된 아버지를 위한 부모교육인 ‘이러닝(e-learning) 아버지학교’수업운영에 대한 연구이다. 사이버 교육환경에서 실시되는 아버지를 위한 부모교육의 수업운영, 수업내용구성, 교수학습방법을 보다 효율적으로 개선하기 위해, 아버지학교 수업의 강의 운영현황을 분석하고 실제 교육을 받고 있는 학생들을 대상으로 수업에 대한 평가와 아버지 역할에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 사례는 연구자가 2018년도 1학기에 담당하였던 아버지학교 과목의 수업운영 사례를 중심으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서는 수업운영 면으로는 강의내용, 상호작용, 평가 등을 살펴보았다. 학생들을 대상으로 하는 설문에서는 수강 동기와 바람직한 아버지상과 아버지의 고유한 역할에 대하여서도 살펴보았다. 또한, 온라인 강의로 진행되는 아버지학교 수업의 수업소감과 개선 및 추가해야할 부분에 대해서도 탐색해보았다. 마지막으로, 이러닝 아버지학교 수업에 대한 장·단점과 효과를 검증하고 수업내용구성과 교수학습방법에 관련된 발전방안을 제시하였다.

This study pertains to an “e-learning father school,” the first parenting education course for fathers launched in a cyber university in Korea. To increase the efficiency of the class’s management, class content preparation, and teaching methods for parenting education for fathers in a cyber educational environment, this study analyzed the status of father school lectures and examined class evaluations and perceptions of the role of a father among the students taking the course. Lecture contents, interaction, and evaluations were examined in terms of course management. A survey of students collected information about students’ reasons for taking the course and their perceptions of the ideal father and a father’s unique role. Furthermore, we explored students’ thoughts on taking online father school courses and opinions about the contents that should be added. Finally, we examined the pros and cons of online father school courses as well as the effects of these courses and proposed measures to advance class contents and teaching methods.
