다문화가족의 사례관리 모형개발에 관한 연구

본 연구는 다문화가족의 갈등과 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 다문화가족의 사례관리모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 다문화가족의 특성에 기초한 다차원적인 욕구 충족을 위해서는 맞춤형서비스가 제공하기 위한 가능성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 문헌연구를 토대로 이루어졌으며 다문화가족의 사례관리가 민관협력을 통해 제공되어야 한다는 점을 기초하여 시군구 희망복지지원단의 통합사례관리의 모형을 토대로 반영하였다. 다문화가족의 사례관리의 과정은 복지대상자의 발굴, 초기상담, 위기 및 욕구조사, 사례관리회의, 대상자구분 및 선정, 실행계획수립, 점검 및 조정, 종결, 사후관리의 순서로 모형을 제시하였다. 사례관리의 절차에 따라 다문화가족의 사례관리에 대해서 핵심과업은 무엇이고 어떻게 적용하는지를 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 다문화가족지원센터에서 다문화가족을 대상으로 실질적으로 사례관리가 적용될 경우에 기초자료로 활용하는데 있으며, 향후 다문화가족의 다양한 욕구를 반영하여 그에 따른 정확한 사정과 적절한 계획수립을 통해서 맞춤형 서비스가 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다.

The study wanted to present a model of case management for social welfare as a way to solve the conflicts and problems of multicultural families. To satisfy the multidimensional need based on multicultural families, the search was for the potential for customized services to provide. This study was based on a literature study and presented as a model of integrated case management by the Civic and Cultural Family Hope Welfare Support Agency, which should be provided through public-private partnerships. The processes of case management for multicultural families were presented in the order of discovery of welfare recipients, initial counseling, investigation of needs and crises, case conferencing, selecting and executing plans, checking and adjusting, closing, and then managing cases. The procedures of case management have suggested what the key tasks are and how they are applied to case management for multicultural families. Therefore, this study is meaningful in the application of case management to multicultural families at multicultural support centers as appropriate, where appropriate case management is applied, and it reflects the diverse needs of future multicultural families.
