풍수해 재해정보 기본통계 교육·훈련과정 기획 연구

Study on the Education and Training Course Planning on Basic Statistics of Storm and Flood Disaster Information

최근 기후변화로 인해서 발생하는 재난에 대해서 국민들의 관심이 증대하고 있다. 국내의 경우는 특히 풍수해에 대한 피해가많이 발생하고 있으며, 이에 대한 피해조사 및 조사방법과 관련해서 교육·훈련이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 풍수해피해에 대해서 현장에서 활용하기 위한 교육·훈련 계획에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 풍수해 재해정보 기본통계에 대해서 사용자들에게 교육하기 위해서는 교육과정에 대해 구체화한 운영계획이 필요하므로 풍수해 피해현장에서 실제로 적용할 수 있는실용적인 내용을 기반하여 교육·훈련 계획이 필요하다. 또한, 교육·훈련 과정은 현장에서 필요한 지식과 행동원칙을 학습자가이해할 필요가 있으며, 이를 통해서 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 실용적 수업으로의 활용이 가능할 것 이다. 본 연구에서는풍수해 재해정보 기본통계의 교육·훈련 과정의 운영과 관련된 전반적인 계획 수립과 함께 학습 프로그램 내용을 제시하며, 연구결과가 교육·훈련과정을 실시 할때 활용할 수 있는 풍수해 피해조사 교육·훈련 프로그램이 될 것이라 판단한다.

Recently, the public has been increasingly interested in disasters caused by climate change. In the case of Korea, there is a high level of damage caused by storms and floods, and education and training related to damage investigation and investigation methods are needed. In this study, we propose education and training plans for use in the field for damage caused by storm and flood disasters. In order to educate users on the basic statistics of disaster information for typhoons and flood disasters, education and training measures are needed based on practical contentthat can be used in relevant sites, as specific operational plans are necessary for the program. In addition, the education and training courses require learners to understand the knowledge and behavioral principles needed on the site, which enables them to utilize the practical classes on-site. This study presents the contents of overall planning and learning programs related to the operation of education and training courses in the basic statistics of storm and flood disaster information, and the research results will include a training program for the investigation of storm and flood damages thatcan be used to conduct education and training courses.
