Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the self-efficacy, happiness, and health behaviors of seniors in the community, and to check the correlation between variables. Methods : The survey was conducted on 115 adults aged 55 and over who participated in the health education program at nursing college in Seoul from August 2017 to October 2019. Results : The results of this study showed that educational level and experience of health education service in community influenced self-efficacy and happiness. Self-efficacy and happiness, self-efficacy and health behavior, and happiness and health behavior were all positively correlated. Factors affecting health behavior are self-efficacy and happiness. Conclusion : Based on these findings, we propose the development of a nursing intervention program to improve the health behaviors of seniors in the community.
