아동양육시설 유아를 위한 자연물 미술치료 프로그램 개발

Development of Natural Objects Art Therapy Program for Children in Child Care Facilities

가정을 이탈하여 아동양육시설에서 생활하는 유아들은 일반가정 유아와는 다른 발달적 차이를 보이고 있으며 그들이 가지고 있는 심리ㆍ정서적 문제에 주목할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 아동양육시설 유아의 발달수준, 연령, 심리ㆍ정서적 특성을 고려하여 자연물 미술치료 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 자연물 미술치료 프로그램은 프로그램 개발을 위한 요구도를 조사하여 프로그램의 목표를 수립한 가운데 진행되었다. 개발절차는 ‘계획과정’ → ‘실행과정’ → ‘정리과정’ 순인 3단계로 진행되었다. 개발된 자연물 미술치료 프로그램은 ‘적응 및 탐색’ → ‘자기이해 및 표출’ → ‘대인관계 형성 및 사회성 증진’ → ‘자아존중감 향상 및 통합’의 4단계이며 16회기로 구성되었다. 본 프로그램은 아동양육시설 유아의 심리ㆍ정서적 어려움을 해결하고 자기표현 능력을 기르며 다양한 상호작용을 통해 공감능력을 기르고 사회성을 촉진하는 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다.

Children who are detached from family and live in childcare facilities show developmental differences from those of general households and, thus, it is significant to take care of their psychological and emotional problems. In this study, natural objects art therapy program is developed in consideration of the developmental level, age, psychological and emotional characteristics of children of childcare facilities. The natural objects art therapy program is conducted with the program purpose by investigating the demand for program development. The development procedures consist of three stages; planning process → execution process → finalization process. The developed natural objects art therapy program consists of 16 sessions and four stages; Adaptation and exploration → Self-understanding and expression → Promoting interpersonal relationship and sociality → Improving self-esteem and integration. Finally, this program can significantly contribute to solving psychological and emotional difficulties, fostering self-expression, and promoting social empathy through interactions.
