델파이 기법을 활용한 시설물 외관조사망도 필수 표출요소 선정

A Study on the Derivation of Essential Expression Factors of Structure Appearance Examination Using Delphi method

최근 한국의 시설물 및 건축물은 양적 질적으로 팽창하고 있으며 이를 효율적으로 유지관리하기 위해 많은 수요가 발생하고 있다. 시설물 및 건축물의 물리적 결함과 위험요인을 발견하고, 적절한 조치 및 보수 방법을 제시하기 위해 안전점검 및 정밀안전진단을 실시하고 있다. 또한, 시설물의 안전점검 및 정밀안전진단을 실시하기 위해 외관조사가 필수적으로 선행되고 있으며, 외관조사 시 점검자는 손상 및 결함부위를 확인하고 데이터베이스화하기 위해 외관조사망도를 활용하고 있다. 하지만 기존 외관조사망도의 경우, 표준화된 플랫폼이 없는 실정이다. 각 관리기관에 따라 다양한 형태와 형식의 외관조사망도가 혼재되어있기 때문에 외관조사망도에 표출되어야 할 요소들 또한 표준화가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 안전진단 관련 전문가를 대상으로 설문을 통해 외관조사망도상에 표출되어야 할 필수 요소들 을 선정하였다. 본 연구에서 선정된 요소를 활용하여 외관조사망도의 표준 플랫폼 구축에 기여하고자 한다.

Recently, facilities and buildings in Korea are expanding quantitatively and qualitatively, and there is a great demand for efficient maintenance. To perform safety inspection and precise safety diagnoses to detect physical faults and hazards of facilities and buildings, and to suggest appropriate measures and repair methods. In addition, appearance examination is essential to perform safety inspection and precise safety diagnosis of facilities. Inspector at the time of appearance examination utilizes structure appearance examination chart to identify damage and defects and to database. However, there is no standardized platform in the case of existing structure appearance examination chart. Since each administrative agency has a mixture of various forms and forms of structure appearance examination chart, it is necessary to standardize the factors that should be expressed in the structure appearance examination chart. Therefore, this study selected essential elements to be expressed in the structure appearance examination chart through a survey of safety diagnosis related experts.
